Dr. Doaa Osman is a Professor of Criminal Law and accredited legal advisor with over 17 years of experience in legal practice, academic research, and international lecturing. Her expertise spans sports law, cybercrime investigation, human rights, and corporate law, with extensive work in company formation, contract drafting, and commercial litigation.

She has lectured at Cairo University – Faculty of Law (Khartoum Branch), El Galala University, Akhbar El Yom Academy and the Abu Dhabi Judicial Academy, where she delivers advanced legal training for government institutions.

Holding a Ph.D. in Law from Cairo University and an LL.M. in Cybersecurity from the British University in Cairo, Dr. Osman has published widely on sports law, cybercrime, trial guarantees before the ICC, and contemporary issues in criminal justice. Her research has appeared in The Sports and Law Magazine, Justice and Equality Magazine, and peer-reviewed legal journals.

Combining academic scholarship with practical expertise, Dr. Osman contributes to the modernization of legal systems, the protection of athletes’ rights, and the promotion of integrity and fairness in global sports and corporate law.
